The Plane which has approximately 27 people on board crashed immediately after take - off and has led to the death of some on board passengers. Report reaching us this evening how ever stated that an approximate figure of 17 bodies which includes two children has been discovered by the rescue teams.
Official Report said the Charter flight which took off at about 9:30 this morning crashed on to open land within the airport complex close to a fuel storage a minute after take-off due to engine failure.
However five people survived the crash andthey have been rushed to a nearby hospital. also,the black box of the aircraft have been recovered and reports confirmed that ivestigations will commence immediately.
THE PEOPLE ON BOARD
The total of 27 passengers were on the plane. this includes the late Agagu's family member and some officials. it was also gathered that Agagu's children which were involved did not survive the crash.
Other people involved were:
Agagu's only son...Feyi, commisioner for culture and tourism.
Deji Falae, Mr tunji Okusanja, Mr layi Daji, Mr tunji Okusanja jnr, Akintunde Taiwo, Akintunde Akeem, Akinsanya Femi,chijioke Duru and some pepole that are yet to be identified.
The list of the five survivors includes:
Agagu Feyi
Akintunde Taiwo
Akintunde Akeem
Akinsaya Femi
and one unknown male
