a deal has been striked by Microsoft to buy Nokia’s mobile phone business for a fee believed to be about 5.4bn euros that is ($7.2bn; £4.6bn) in dollars.it is believed that Nokia patents and mapping services will likewise be licensed to to Microsoft.Since the news of the deal, Nokia share has jumped $5% Nokia shares jumped 45%. Meanwhile, the purchase will be finalized by 2014 giving space for the transfer of some of the Nokia employees believed to be around 32,000 persons.
It seems Microsoft is trying to transform from just being known for sofwares and PCs to a company that focus on devices an services.
