Pregnant 2 Years Old Boy Gives Birth to Twin Brother

Xiao Feng a Chinese from Huaxi who is just two years of age has undegone surgery to “give birth” to his twin brother, after it was discovered that he is carrying his twin brother’s foetus inside his stomach.
Doctors discovered this when the boy was rushed to the Hospital after his stomach became so large and swollen. A quick X-Rays and MRI scans shows that the little boy carries the undeveloped foetus of his twin inside his swollen stomach.

As of the timeofthe surgery, Doctors says the foetus had grown so much that it was taking up almost two-thirds of the boy’s stomach and he was having difficulty breathing. The hospital Shocked everyone when they diagnosed Feng as “pregnant” and rushed him into emergency surgery, where he was forced to “give birth” as doctors removed the twin foetus.

The case is a rare one and is often refered to as "Cryptodidymus" and it occures when ferterlised egg fails to separate leading to conjoined twins.
